Our Location

From Nashville, Donelson:
Take I-40 east to Exit 221B at Old Hickory Blvd. Turn left on to Old Hickory Blvd. At the light, turn right onto Central Pike. Grace Place is located 1.5 miles on right.

From Mt. Juliet:
Take South Mt. Juliet Road, over I-40 and past Providence. Turn right onto Central Pike. Grace Place is located 4 miles on the left.
